Premier Tech extends major support for Musique Fest over the next five years

Shows Festifs and Premier Tech have announced the renewal of their partnership for five years, securing Musique Fest Premier Tech’s place in the Bas-Saint-Laurent cultural landscape for years to come. 

Since 2023, this event has become a major event in Rivière-du-Loup, drawing thousands of people to the downtown area. 

This renewed partnership with Premier Tech, a company with a strong presence in the community, provides a solid foundation for the continued development and growth of Musique Fest. 

“Bringing our community to life through initiatives that bring people together is also part of community engagement, and Musique Fest aligns with that commitment. It offers local population and Premier Tech team members a great cultural experience featuring renowned artists right here in Rivière-du-Loup,” said Yvan Pelletier, senior vice-president organizational development.

Each June, this distinctive festival in Rivière-du-Loup presents a wide-ranging program featuring both local and international artists. Last year, nearly 13 000 people attended the event, demonstrating the growing interest in this flagship cultural event. 

Shows Festifs, the organization behind Musique Fest Premier Tech, aims to create great experiences through seamless, engaging, community-rooted events.

This announcement reflects the commitment to bringing major cultural experiences to Rivière-du-Loup that are accessible, well organized and meaningful for the region.

This year, from June 11 to 13, many renowned artists and bands will perform on the outdoor stage near Centre Premier Tech. The lineup includes Roxane Bruneau, Matt Lang, Kaïn, Zagata, Kevin Parent, Classe Moyenne, Jay Scott, Savannah Jade and Simple Plan. The 2026 edition is expected to be sold out, confirming Musique Fest Premier Tech as a major cultural event in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.
