We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites. For more details on the types of cookies used, their purpose, how long they are stored, and how to manage your preferences, please see our cookie policy.
All cookies that are not strictly necessary for the website to function are disabled by default. They are enabled only if you give your explicit consent via our consent manager, which is accessible during your first visit and at any time at the bottom of each page via the “Cookie Settings” link.
In operating our websites, we use third-party providers specializing in the following areas:
- Audience measurement and performance analysis: These tools collect pseudonymized browsing data (pages visited, duration, traffic source, anonymized IP address) to measure traffic on our sites and improve their content.
- Behavioral analysis: These tools analyze visitors’ interactions with our pages (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling areas, anonymized session recordings) to improve usability and the user experience. Sensitive input fields are automatically masked.
- Digital Communications and Marketing: These tools support our communication activities and allow us to measure the effectiveness of our digital campaigns, solely with your consent.
These providers may process data in countries outside Quebec, including the United States and member countries of the European Union. These transfers are governed by adequate safeguards (see section 5.2). For a detailed list of these third-party providers, please contact us at [email protected].
The legal basis for the processing carried out by these tools is your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing that took place prior to such withdrawal.
3.2 Data We Receive from Other Sources
We may receive your data through our partners when you purchase our products or services from them, particularly when Premier Tech is responsible for service performance, product delivery, or the fulfillment of product-related warranties. 5. How We Share and Transfer Your Data
5.1 Sharing Your Data
In most cases, your data will not be shared with entities outside the Premier Tech Group, except when necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, we may need to share your data with other entities—for example, if you require services that Premier Tech does not provide directly but rather through business partners. In such cases, the entities with which we share certain data are required to use or disclose your data solely for the purpose of performing the services we request of them.
When required, your data may be shared with:
- service providers and partners we use to provide services on our behalf;
- service providers and partners who provide services to Premier Tech related to the products and services you purchase from us;
- government authorities and other public entities in accordance with legal requirements.
When selecting our service providers or partners—particularly those that provide technology solutions that may process your personal data—we pay close attention to their level of compliance with privacy laws and their adherence to privacy principles.
For additional information on the categories of third-party service providers that may process your personal data—particularly in connection with our digital activities—or to request a detailed list of these providers, please contact us at [email protected].
5.2 Transfer of Your Data
Premier Tech operates in several countries and is headquartered in Canada. As such, and even though we strive to promote the local processing of data by the entity that uses such data, your data may be transferred to other entities within the Premier Tech Group.
Premier Tech’s global operations may also involve the transfer of data to a country that may have different data protection laws. When this occurs, we take steps to protect this information, including ensuring that all our entities comply with Premier Tech’s Privacy Policy and transferring data only for legitimate business purposes.
When personal information is disclosed to service providers located in a third country, Premier Tech first ensures that these providers offer a level of personal information protection equivalent to that provided by applicable law. For transfers from the European Union to the United States with certified providers, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework applies.
6. Your Control Over Your Data and Your Choices Regarding the Processing of Your Data
In accordance with applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You may request to know what personal information we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information.
- Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Right to data portability: You may request to receive your data in a structured and commonly used format.
- Right to Object and Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time—including for the use of non-essential cookies via our consent manager (the “Manage My Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page)—without this affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to File a Complaint: If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI) or, for EU residents, with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Retention of Your Data
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. This usually means that the data will be retained for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you and for a certain period thereafter, when required by applicable laws. If you are not yet a customer of ours but are considering becoming one, any data we have collected will be destroyed within a reasonable timeframe should this business relationship not materialize.
8. Protection of Your Data
As with all its activities, Premier Tech uses advanced technologies and solutions to process your data in order to ensure its protection and integrity. We partner with some of the world’s leading service providers and rely on industry experts to implement both digital and physical security measures.
However, even the best security measures cannot protect against all risks during data transmission over the Internet, and security breaches may occur. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible, and we urge you to always exercise caution when transmitting data over the Internet.
9. Updates to Premier Tech’s Privacy Policy
We may update the Premier Tech Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business and/or applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on this page, and if the changes made in an update are significant, we will provide you with a more prominent notice regarding them.
10. Vendors, Partners, and Third-Party Websites
Since our products are sometimes sold through a network of suppliers and partners, please note that these suppliers and partners have their own privacy policies and practices. Although we are meticulous in selecting our suppliers and partners, we cannot accept any responsibility for their privacy policies and practices. Therefore, we encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting your data to them. The same applies to any links we may provide to websites that are not Premier Tech websites.

The reporting process is a mechanism for reporting misconduct or security incidents. Our reporting process ensures confidentiality and an impartial evaluation of all allegations. Your personal information will be handled with the utmost care and will only be shared with the parties involved in the investigation. Submit a Report
