Premier Tech continues its growth in France with a new production site in Saint-André-de-Cubzac

Premier Tech Water and Environment is inaugurating a new production site in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

This €3.6M investment from Premier Tech Water and Environment for autonomous, sustainable on-site wastewater treatment systems production and maintenance support activities strengthens the Group’s presence in the French market.

“This acquisition strengthens our ability to provide homeowners with local service and high-quality integrated solutions throughout the lifecycle of their wastewater treatment systems. In France, Premier Tech Water and Environment is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of the residential and commercial markets,” said Luc Langlois, president of Premier Tech Water and Environment.

This industrial investment has received €168 000 in support from the Fonds Vert — France Nation verte. Premier Tech Water and Environment also benefited from the support of the Communauté de Communes du Grand Cubzaguais, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and French government services in establishing the site, helping anchor the project in the region’s economic and industrial dynamic. Over the next five years, the site expected to create 15 to 25 local jobs.

The inauguration brought together several social, economic and political partners, including Nathalie G. Drouin, Ambassador of Canada to France, to underscore the impact of this project for local development.

“The inauguration of this new Premier Tech site in Saint-André-de-Cubzac reflects a shared commitment: to balance economic development, industrial innovation and the ecological transition of territories. This project supports the implementation of more sustainable on-site wastewater treatment systems that benefit owners, protect water resources and support local employment, with support from the French government, notably through ADEME — the French Agency for Ecological Transition,” said Agnès Mottet, deputy prefect of Blaye.

“What we value in Premier Tech’s model is its strong focus on research and development and its command of an industrial and technological value chain with a significant environmental dimension. This aligns with our innovation-driven reindustrialization policy and our Néo Terra roadmap,” added Lydia Héraud, representative of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The new site is dedicated to manufacturing sustainable concrete-based on-site wastewater treatment systems — the Ecoflo® and Eparco® product lines — which have the lowest carbon footprint on the market and are recognized among the top-performing solutions available.

This local model helps shorten delivery times and reduce our transport-related carbon footprint,” said Benoit Stoeux, managing director for Premier Tech Water and Environment — France.
