Premier Tech announces two acquisitions to expand its service offer in North America and Europe

Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of two companies specializing in residential and commercial wastewater pumping service solutions by its Water and Environment Business Group.

These acquisitions align with the strategic plan of Premier Tech to expand its integrated service offer for its clients worldwide.

The acquisition of RMS Waste Disposal — located in Wickham, United Kingdom — and Karr’s Septic Service — based in Iowa, United States —, enable Premier Tech Water and Environment to amplify its service offer for homeowners while strengthening its leadership position in the wastewater treatment industry.

These acquisitions enable the Business Group to offer end-to-end services and turnkey support for owners of on-site septic systems.
