Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of the French company Meca Service, which specializes in industrial maintenance, by its Systems and Automation Business Group. Through this acquisition, Premier Tech aims to strengthen service and support provided to its French clients.

“By expanding our presence in France, we strengthen our position in this market and enhance our ability to serve clients globally. This acquisition will expand the team of field service technicians at Premier Tech Systems and Automation, which already includes more than fifty team members in Europe. These highly qualified technical experts support clients by helping them maximize the operational efficiency of their equipment throughout its lifecycle.

“The teams at Meca Service and Premier Tech have been collaborating in the French market for many years, making this transition a natural step for both companies. Their proven expertise in industrial maintenance complements that of our existing teams, further enhancing the quality of services provided to our clients,” says Simon Roy, president and chief operating officer of Premier Tech Systems and Automation.

Meca Service stands out for its technical expertise and commitment to best health and safety practices. As a result, the company has received the MASE certification, a French national certification supporting businesses in the implementation and improvement of health, safety and environmental practices.

This acquisition aligns with the commitment of Premier Tech to continuous growth and expansion in the French market, which began with the strategic partnership formed with the French group MG Tech, in April 2024, and the acquisition of IMECO activities in November 2024.
