Your future role

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve performance and safety goals.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve processes and production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Required skills

• Experienced Production Manager with a strong background in capital equipment manufacturing, leading shop floor operations and driving improvements across machining, welding, assembly, quality, and production processes.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, welding processes, fabrication, and mechanical/electrical assembly, combined with a strong understanding of manufacturing planning, process optimization, and shop floor execution.
• Strong advocate of 5S, visual management, standard work, and continuous improvement, with a highly organized and structured mindset focused on creating a safe, efficient, and disciplined manufacturing environment.
• Recognized for a hands-on leadership approach, developing teams, improving productivity, reducing waste, and establishing clear processes, standards, and accountability across the production organization.
