Your future role

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and performance of the Installation & Commissioning team. You will ensure that installations and commissioning activities at customer sites are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. In doing so, you will combine operational follow-up, team member coaching and continuous improvement of processes and collaboration.

You are a key link between the customer, the I&C team and internal departments, helping to further strengthen Premier Tech’s reputation worldwide.

• Lead the Installation & Commissioning team and support team members in their growth and development
• Oversee planning, priorities and team capacity
• Ensure installations and commissioning activities are performed in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner
• Support team members with technical and operational challenges and help implement sustainable solutions
• Ensure a clear transition to the Service team after the I&C activities are completed
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution at customer sites
• Analyze recurring issues and implement improvement actions to strengthen our operations and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance, processes and quality, and adjust where needed
• Contribute to the further professionalization of the I&C function within the organization

Required skills

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Experience in a technical environment within installation, commissioning, service or automation
• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is a strong plus
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Siemens, is an advantage
• Strong coaching, planning and prioritization skills
• Independent, self-motivated and committed to customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills in English and  German (speaking Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to travel regularly
• A driving license B and preferably based in the surroundings of Eersel, the Netherlands, where our European headquarters are located
