Your Future Role

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the field crop market segment, from planning through to achieving sales objectives
• Define and deploy the segment's marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with our key partners
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, with a focus on talent development
• Drive the commercialization of our innovative technologies in collaboration with product teams
• Identify and seize new growth opportunities across North America
• Regular travel throughout North America – field visits, trade shows, and agricultural fairs

Required Skills

• A combination of education and significant experience in commercial strategy, ideally in the field crop agriculture market or a related field
• Strong business acumen, results-oriented with the ability to develop and close strategic deals
• Strong commercial leadership, skilled at mobilizing a sales team and translating complex strategies into clear direction
