Your future role
- Lead and plan all sales activities for the Client Solutions team across North America, based on a solid strategic plan
- Mobilize, coach, and support the team to foster its development and optimize performance
- Define sales objectives and key performance indicators, and monitor them accordingly
- Ensure compliance with the sales process and the quality of data entered in the CRM
- Develop and grow the customer portfolio in Canada and the United States
- Define business priorities and contribute to the development of marketing initiatives
- Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and monitor them accordingly
- Analyze market trends that may influence product development and positioning
- Review contracts and commercial agreements
- Build an internal network of contacts to help enrich Premier Tech’s customer experience
- Travel regularly in Canada and the United States
Required skills
- Relevant experience managing a technical sales team in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of strategic planning principles
- Influential leadership and the ability to mobilize teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of the commercial ecosystem, including marketing, sales, sales tools, promotions, targeting, and sales operations
- Agility in implementing commercial initiatives
- Results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge oneself and evolve practices
- Fluency in French – for communication with clients and suppliers in Quebec – An asset
