Your future role

• Drive sales and business development for municipal projects, with a focus on STP, WTP, ETP, and related treatment systems
• Promote municipal water and wastewater treatment solutions and related equipment across a range of treatment technologies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key municipal stakeholders
• Deliver compelling presentations to both technical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with a solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and proposal conditions
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely and effective responses to tenders, proposals, and customer needs

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university or college
• 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in municipal sales
• Experience selling water and wastewater treatment solutions and related equipment
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
• Solid commercial acumen, including an understanding of contracts, proposals, and tender processes
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
