Your future role

• Plan, organize and oversee warehouse activities to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner and to meet the needs and expectations of the customers
• Maintain an organized warehouse to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure that the company meets all required legislative regulations with regards to the storage and transportation of dangerous goods
• Make sure that healthy and safe conditions are upheld and that the premises are safe & all equipment is in working order and safe to operate
• Plan work schedules, assign work and manage team members
• Make sure team members are trained as to the company’s mission, policies and quality standards
• Ensure the workforce at the warehouse is effective and efficient in their assigned tasks

Required skills

• Ten years of multi-team management in manufacturing or distribution setting
• Degree in business, continuous improvement, or related field — an asset
• Health and safety mindset
• Attention to detail
• Mobilization skills
• Excellent leadership
• Rigour
• Bilingualism in French and English — an asset
