Premier Tech is looking for a self-motivated after-sales service manager, located near a major airport, to travel 25% of the time throughout North America to customer facilities.

We expect to find a team member with leadership, vision, strong business acumen and commitment in keeping your team engaged, efficient and aligned with the Customer Service team’s strategic imperatives.

Your future role

  • Promote health and safety measures
  • Set annual objectives for your team
  • Engage and coach your team members to leverage their skills and to help them meet and surpass the expectations and improve our customer’s uptime
  • Drive high-level retention rates
  • Communicate with team members and customers after work hours
  • Validate timesheets and expenses report in a timely manner and ensure that they respect the working conditions and guidelines in force
  • Ensure constant diligence in the monitoring of non-chargeable hours
  • Provide field support to your team — when necessary
  • Participate in customer calls and visits to help create and sustain a strong relationship
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators to improve customer experience and the business group’s financials deliverables
  • Manage your annual budget meticulously
  • Seek and support new business opportunities within your coverage radius

Required skills

  • Background in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
  • Customer-oriented
  • Proven leader
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and successfully bringing them to completion
