The legal basis for the processing is the consent that you voluntarily provide by checking the "I agree" box and filling out the contest form.

How long will the data be kept?
The data will be kept only for the duration of the contest. All your information will be deleted once a winner is chosen and announced.

The data is collected by Premier Tech Ltd. It is processed and stored by our service provider Microsoft Azure. 

How do I exercise my rights? 
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. 
Is there a transfer of data outside of Canada?
Our Microsoft Azure service provider is hosted in Canada, so there is no data transfer.
