Your role will be

• Operate a range of excavation machinery (mini digger, 360 excavator, etc.) safely and efficiently on residential and commercial sites
• Carry out excavation works in preparation for septic tank and wastewater treatment system installations
• Work closely with the installations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Ensure all groundworks are completed to the required depth, width, and standard
• Comply with all health & safety regulations and site-specific requirements at all times
• Assist with backfilling, reinstatement, and general site tidying upon completion of works
• Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and clients as required
• Represent Premier Tech professionally at all times

Required Skills

• Proven experience operating excavation machinery in a construction or groundworks environment
• Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator card (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience working on residential or rural sites (desirable)
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to travel, with overnight stays as required
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
