Our after-sales service team helps grow our relationship with PTE network partners, monitors maintenance to ensure that it is properly done, responds to service calls, and coordinates changing of the filter medium in Ecoflo®  Biofilters. In rare cases where problems arise following the installation of a PTE technology or peripheral product, a professional team consisting of coordinators, technicians, and partners is always available to ensure the problem is resolved and appropriate follow-up measures are taken.
